Influence of Community Knowledge and Attitude with Dengue Fever Prevention Behavior (DHF) in the Padang Cermin Health Center Working Area

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a type of acute febrile illness caused by one the four serotypes virus again with genus Flavivirus known as dengue which characterized bleeding fever 2 to 7 days without clear cause weakness, lethargy, anxiety, heartburn accompanied signs in skin form spots. The purpose this study was determine effect community knowledge and attitudes on prevention behavior working area padang cermin health center.This research uses quantitative cross sectional approach.The population head family center sample 145 families selected purposive sampling using questionnaire. results showed that there an influence obtained value (r=0.604; P Value 0.001 <0.05) attitude (r=0.732; behavior. hypothesis testing are positive relationship between Suggestions from researchers, namely, need increase public Puskesmas through socialization education activities prevent hemorrhagic routinely once month, promotion can be done social media such WhatsApp, Instagram Facebook so information reach more quickly.
